You will be the driving force behind influencer marketing campaigns that help global brands engage Chinese audiences. You’ll lead KOL campaign execution across China social media platforms including Xiaohongshu, partner with clients and act as an advisor on developing engaging influencer marketing strategies that meet their marketing objectives. It will be a great opportunity for you to expand brand exposure and be at the forefront of China’s influencer ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact point for clients; understand their marketing objectives and advise influencer marketing strategies that meet their needs
• Lead a small team on the implementation of KOL campaigns across China social media platforms e.g. Xiaohongshu
• Build and maintain relationship with influencers and KOLs to optimise future collaboration/ partnerships
• Work with the team on campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Provide high quality of clients servicing; build and maintain long-term client relationship

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in the KOL/ influencer marketing/ account servicing
• Solid experience in handling China social media platforms e.g. Xiaohongshu, Wechat etc
• Fluent Cantonese; good command of English & Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal; communication and presentation skills
• Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn, proactive and customer-oriented
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Account Manager
