Job description

Ø Review of engineering competency, skills gaps, and future training, ensure contract is staffed by competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place.Ø Active participation in the site escalation process, including on-call and support in the event of emergency response requirements.Ø Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.Ø Ability to lead, motivate and direct teams of engineers and shift leaders.Ø Have good IT and report writing skills.Ø Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.Ø Individuals who can demonstrate commitment and previous experience; but not meet all the required technical qualifications may be considered subject to Operations Directors approval.Ø Advanced communication skills with a full understanding of customer needs & expectationsØ Ability to comprehend and act upon both verbal and written instructionsAt JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
