Responsibilities
  • Complete all the operation and management work of the store to ensure efficient operation and service quality. Evaluate the store's business condition, identify issues and propose solutions. Maintain communication with platform and headquarters, and cooperate with implementation of company strategies.
  • Develop sales plan and strategy, lead store team to achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Supervise product turnover, replenish products promptly, and ensure product display meets company VM standards.
  • Supervise and manage store customer service, handle complaints, ensuring satisfactory customer experience.
  • Recruit and train store staff, ensuring sufficient manpower, enthusiasm, and service quality.
  • Collect relevant store, business district, competitor and channel data and report store performance; proactively propose improvement strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit and sense of ownership.
  • First‑line retail experience preferred, understanding of Xiaomi new retail preferred.
  • At least two years of store management experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics industry preferred.
  • Bachelor degree or above, able to communicate fluently in English.
