Our Milling Business Unit is one of the largest animal feed compounders in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Operations Manager in all aspects of the general running of the Mill.
• Ensure that the site operates safely and efficiently to service the needs of our customers.
• Maintain a customer-focused mentality and ensure that feed is manufactured to the highest quality, to correct specifications and in compliance with industry codes of practice.
• Assist the Site Operations Manager, Health and Safety Manager and Quality Team by ensuring the site is audit ready at all times.
• Be confident, reliable, and computer literate, and able to work on own initiative. Have knowledge of health and safety in the workplace, which is essential and remains our number one priority.
