Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and re-measurement.
• Strong financial and cost control awareness.
• A good understanding of contract law.
• Ability to read and accurately interpret drawings and specifications.
• Valid CSCS card and driving licence.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in valuing, certifying, and issuing payment notices for subcontract works.
• Ensure external valuations are submitted accurately and payments are received on time.
• Prepare and update Cost Value Comparison reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with supply chain, consultants, and clients.
• Support senior commercial staff in achieving budgeted financial targets.
• Work closely with project teams for cost control and contract administration.
