Assistant Manager – Learning Disability Services

Caritas Care is a learning disability care specialist located in Preston. We provide a range of care and support services for people with moderate and complex learning and health needs.

Location: Preston
Employment: Permanent | Full‑time – 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Point 23 – 25/27 | £26,901 – £28,660 / £30,577
Additional allowance: Approximately £2.5k on call

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Assistant Manager who shares our passion and values. Experience in the field is not mandatory, and we are happy to help you reach your goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the daily operation of a high‑quality service through effective leadership of a team of Support Workers across Lancashire.
  • Working with Team Managers to ensure service users receive excellent care and support.
  • Promoting quality, dignity, respect, and teamwork.
