Overview

Assistant Manager at Heartwood Collection. On Target Earnings £37,000* (Including TRONC). We’re an award-winning group of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries that feel like home, serving fresh, seasonal dishes to our local communities.

*On Target Earnings is based on a 48-hour week; TRONC is calculated from the expected 6 months' site average.

Responsibilities

• Run a service from the floor, delivering a high-quality guest experience and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead and supervise shifts across hospitality areas (bar, host stand, and reception for rooms site).
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members to maintain brand standards.
• Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks, staffing, and financial aspects of running a site.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency with Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc concepts.
