A health care provider is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kings Langley to support daily operations and manage staff. The role involves working closely with the Manager to ensure high standards in care. Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in dementia care. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will support the home manager and Deputy Manager in the running of the home and work in a direct care capacity on a day‑to‑day basis. Ensuring the home is operating to a high standard, including maintaining adequate staffing and implementation of staff training.
Rate of Pay: To be discussed at interview
Contract Type: Full Time
Contract Hours: 40 hours (Various Shifts)
