Job Description

Join BallyCara’s ResCare Team and make a meaningful difference overnight, providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to our residential aged care community.

What you will be doing

  • Support residents with daily living and personal care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.
  • Assist residents with varying needs, including those living with dementia, high care requirements, or palliative/end-of-life care.
  • Work under the guidance of Registered Nurses, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to support each resident’s physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
  • Promote independence, quality of life, and a positive living experience for every resident.
