Harlow Fields School and College is seeking to appoint a temporary Assistant Headteacher for Personal Development to provide focused senior leadership capacity across the spring and summer terms 2026.
This is a fixed-term, part-time (0.5 FTE) role, ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about inclusive Personal Development, enrichment and preparation for adulthood within a specialist SEND context.
The successful candidate will lead and quality assure Personal Development across the school and college, ensuring pupils experience a high-quality, well‑sequenced and meaningful offer that supports confidence, independence, resilience and readiness for future pathways. The role aligns closely with the Ofsted Personal Development framework and reflects the complex and diverse needs of our pupils and learners.
