Pay Range

Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 + 50% OTE Bonus.

  • Creating Revs Moments: Inspire team to seek opportunities for unexpected touches that make nights legendary.
  • Handling business like a boss: Manage P&L, rotas, compliance, and stock, and use numbers to boost performance.
  • Always improving: Identify areas for improvement, push boundaries, and lead change.
