A leading educational publisher is seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to help deliver financial insights and support strategic planning. You will analyze business performance, develop budget models, and build relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a finance qualification or equivalent experience and strong analytical skills. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 and a hybrid work policy requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

The Assistant Finance Business Partner role will be responsible in supporting the delivery of financial and commercial partnership across the business. You’ll provide timely and insightful analysis to guide effective decision-making and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help drive business performance improvements and ensure financial results align with organizational goals.
