Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager in implementing the home's philosophy.
  • Develop services for children and their families.
  • Review service effectiveness and quality.
  • Provide direct support to staff and children with complex behaviours.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager when necessary.
  • Engage in various managerial tasks.
