Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in residential childcare.
• Qualification at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus one year of post-qualifying experience.
• Evidence of regular training experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager in developing and implementing home’s philosophy.
• Assist in developing services for children and their families.
• Provide direct support to staff and children in managing complex behaviours.
