The Assistant/Associate Dean of Students is directly responsible for the delivery of services to support student learning and well-being at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) Harrogate location for the DO program. The Dean of Students leads and manages a comprehensive suite of services that promote engagement and success for a diverse student population in a safe environment. The primary roles of the Dean of Students are to ensure academic success for all students, foster a sense of community among the faculty and students that promotes academic excellence and professionalism, and to identify and address both academic and non‑academic issues that may negatively impact student performance and success.
