# Asset Maintenance Manager## Job IntroductionLandmarc are seeking an experienced and motivated Asset Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic, high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about asset management and Hard FM building services, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and compliance across the region.**Salary:** £44,143 + £6,000 Car Allowance p/a**Base Location:** West Tofts Camp, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5EP**Travel Required:** This regional role will require travel within the East Region covering sites in Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire.**Main Responsibilities:*** Lead asset verification assurance, ensuring that assets align with appropriate SFG20 maintenance schedules.* Ongoing upkeep of asset registers and asset tagging.* Working with the Planning Manager and Compliance Manger to ensure that asset compliance falls in line with relevant standards and policies.* Working with the Planning Manager you will develop and enhance Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure delivery is appropriate and cost effective.* Champion digital systems (Maximo and internal asset management system) for data analysis, reporting, and condition monitoring.* Work alongside other departments to implement new processes and procedures that will enhance asset accuracy and improve both reactive and planned maintenance.* Assist delivery teams with planned and preventative maintenance tasks and deliver reactive works within agreed timeframes.* Oversee Work Order processes to ensure they are being followed correctly.* Ensure all works comply with statutory and contractual obligations (CDM, Building Regs, Fire Safety, etc.) **What We’re Looking For:*** Proven experience in a similar Asset Management/Hard FM or technical services role* Strong knowledge of SFG20, property compliance and related legislation* Experience with Legionella and Asbestos Management Plans* Skilled in Health & Safety, with IOSH Managing Safely or ideally NEBOSH* Excellent IT skills to include Microsoft office and bespoke asset management tools* Confident in managing contractors and ensuring CDM compliance* Proficient in CAFM/Asset Management Systems – IBM Maximo experience is a bonus* Able to manage budgets and deliver excellent service within deadlines* Open to participating in on-call duties* UK Driving Licence essential due to travel requirements **More about this role**As the Asset Maintenance Manager, you will drive excellence in the Hard FM space across the East region.
