Overview

Join City Plumbing as an Area Sales Representative and drive regional growth with a results‑focused sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively pursue new business while nurturing and growing existing trade accounts within your designated territory.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently meet and exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Branch Managers and teams across your area to ensure seamless service for our customers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, keeping your finger on the pulse of local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Utilise CRM tools to manage your pipeline effectively and provide accurate forecasting.
Qualifications
  • Tenacity and resilience – you aren't afraid of a challenge or a "no".
  • A pro‑active approach to sales, with a proven ability to win and grow new business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to influence at all levels.
