You will be managing aspects of output in your area: people management, metrics, productivity targets, and process improvements. The extent of your duties will include:

  • Maintain health and safety standards within your area and promote a positive health and safety culture on site.
  • Lead, manage and mentor a large and diverse team of associates in a specified department within a very fast-paced and high-volume environment. Take responsibility for all HR related activities within the team, including Employee Relations and Time Recording activities.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Create, oversee, and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing.
  • Analyse and implement changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level.
  • Oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within your area of responsibility.
  • Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with management‑level colleagues to standardise shift practices.
A Day in the Life

You’ll work on a shift pattern at one of our sites, making sure it is as productive as it can be. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You’ll also oversee process improvements within your area and drive implementation. A typical day is varied, including everything from routine team management and daily operational responsibilities to process improvement and wide‑scale operational contingency tasks. You’ll also be a role model and mentor to new managers.

About the Team

The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign‑on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.

Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well‑being).

The minimum base pay for this position is 9,683 PLN monthly.

Basic Qualifications
  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree), completed before start date.
  • Relevant experience in people management.
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques.
  • Experience working in another logistics environment.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
