Join us as an Architectural Specification Manager covering the Midlands (Ideal Location: Birmingham).

Join our team to drive the market strategy for Etex Building Performance's Siniat brand. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier commercial performance by developing robust and purpose-fit specifications that align with our market goals.

What you’ll do:

• Maintaining regular contact with existing and prospective customers
• Providing expert technical advice and solutions
• Managing relationship with architects, main contractors, key sub-contractors, and fire protection contractors
• Updating CRM daily with key project and customer information
• Working closely with the other Etex departments
• Identifying new market sectors where Etex Brands can deliver best value

What you’ll bring:

• You will have demonstrable experience of being able to create bespoke ‘engineered’ solutions for specific customer construction projects
• You will have an up-to-date understanding of building regulations and standards
• You will have the ability to interpret architectural drawings and plans
• You will be proficient in the use of construction design software and Microsoft packages
