About the role

We have an opportunity for an apprenticeship administration co-ordinator role to provide administrative support to support the Apprenticeship Team with related duties derived from the work linking to Apprenticeship systems , Compliance, and the Learner Journey.

About you

You will be supporting the Apprenticeship Development Officer in ensuring compliance assisting with creating and updating the Apprenticeship documentation which will require a high level of attention to detail with a resilience to maintaining concentration. The role requires you to work unsupervised with the ability to identify, pre-empt and solve issues and risks, and to communicate these actions to a wide range of stakeholders. The role will require you to be flexible and work as part of the team attending meetings, supporting actions relating to the compliance with a proven ability to prioritise your own work in the context of competing priorities. Applicants will also need to have English GCSE at grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification.
