Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Glasgow is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Plumber. In this role, you will handle plumbing and heating tasks, conduct maintenance checks, and carry out installations for bathrooms and kitchens. Ideal candidates should possess a National 5 in Maths and English, have basic plumbing knowledge, and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills. About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to carry out plumbing and heating tasks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Carry out installation works including bathroom, heating and kitchen installations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures when handling tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times.
Candidate requirements:
  • National 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Basic understanding of building principles, particularly plumbing.
  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and keen to learn.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Attend college as and when required.
