As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you will be an integral part of our Parts Department, supporting both our customers and internal teams while receiving comprehensive training in all aspects of commercial vehicle parts operations.

- Use manufacturer catalogues and internal systems to identify and supply the correct vehicle parts
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to source and distribute parts efficiently
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage incoming deliveries
- Maintain high standards of customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone
- Stay informed of product updates, industry developments, and technological advancements

- Previous experience is not required. However, a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and components and a full driver’s licence would be advantageous.
RHCV is looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. No formal qualifications are required, but candidates must be willing to work towards achieving Level 2 English and Maths before the end of the apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship concludes with a formal End-Point Assessment, which includes:
- Knowledge and behaviours test: Assessing understanding through structured and scenario-based questions
- Written Assessment: A 60-minute test featuring short answer and scenario-based questions
- Both components are equally weighted and must be passed to complete the apprenticeship successfully.
