JOB DESCRIPTION

There is an apprenticeship opportunity to start your career in Early Years Education. You will receive full training and support to become a qualified Level 2 or 3 practitioner.

Job Responsibilities

• Help create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children
• Support planned play and learning activities following the EYFS framework
• Work as part of a friendly team led by experienced practitioners and room leaders
• Learn how to provide high-quality care that supports each child’s individual needs
• Contribute to an inclusive and positive nursery environment
• You’ll get hands-on experience every day while studying towards your qualification — with full guidance, mentoring, and career development support.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• GCSE passes in English and Maths (or equivalent)
