Gosforth Nursery is an independent family run day care, ideally positioned between Regent Centre Metro and the nearby Gosforth schools. We are dedicated to preparing children, from newborns to age 5, for school in an engaging, open, and dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• At the end of completion there will be the opportunity to proceed onto a Level 5 Early Years Apprenticeship Standard
• Maintaining accurate records of childrens development and sharing progress with parents and carers
• Building strong, positive relationships with families to enhance childrens care and learning experiences
• Supporting room routines, activities and daily planning as directed by the Room Lead
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that considers all childrens cultural, medical and developmental needs
• Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of every child at all times
• Adhering to all nursery policies, procedures and legislative requirements
• Promoting positive behaviour and act as a role model for healthy, respectful and inclusive values
• Contribute to regular cleaning, hygiene and safety checks
