What you’ll do day to day
  • Identifying, repairing and replacing components and parts that are faults.
  • Liaising with our Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
  • Maintaining repair and service records
  • Learn and demonstrate work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
  • To always consider the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating our customer‑centric approach
  • To satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship – engage with our provider and ensure course progress.
