Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second level support and assist with customer onboarding.
  • Work effectively as part of the local and wider global team, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of issues.
  • Understand support processes and react and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Interact with existing frameworks, automate common processes, and work with Unix/Linux based environments where required.
