Location: Broxbourne
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Package: £28,000 - £30,000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid‑for volunteering days a year
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, Monday – Friday

Join our proximity support team as an Application Support Analyst, working with a Senior Application Analyst to provide second‑line technical support for business applications. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, managing updates, resolving data queries, and handling access or configuration requests. This role requires strong communication, prioritisation, and attention to documentation.
