Qualifications

• A few years’ post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
• Strong understanding of market-risk exposures.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align business units on managing risks across the organisation.
• Develop ALM and investment-risk frameworks at group level.
• Produce high-quality MI for senior leadership.

Skills

Understanding of Solvency II balance sheet mechanics

Ability to interpret market moves

Knowledge of investments and derivatives

Comfortable with data and code-based tools (Python/R)

Education

Post-qualification experience in actuarial/investment/accounting
