Qualifications

About the Role
  • Full-time fixed-term contract between March 2026 to September 2026
  • 40 hours per week (annualised hours)
  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications & Prerequisites
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • 16-hour First Aid
  • Delivering water and land activities to individuals and groups of different ages and abilities
  • Hold a portfolio of NGB awards, in two or more of the following:
    • Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader
    • A paddleboarding qualification (Ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader or Tidal SUP Leader)
    • D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications
    • Beach Lifeguard
