Adult Social Worker Needed for the Adult Social Care Team, paying £32 ph!

• Location: Richmond & Wandsworth
• Rate: £32 ph
• Contract: Ongoing

We are seeking experienced, qualified post-ASYE Social Workers to join our dynamic Adult Social Care teams. Our services support residents aged 18+ across both boroughs, providing holistic and personalized support that is strengths-based and outcomes-focused.

About the Role:

You will work within multidisciplinary locality teams comprising Service Managers, Assistant Service Managers, Senior Social Workers, Social Workers and Social Care Assessors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing assessments of adults’ and carers’ needs and risks, promoting independence and preventing harm.
• Working collaboratively with residents and carers using a person-centered approach.
• Applying professional social work values to ensure safe, ethical, and inclusive practice.
• Contributing to safeguarding adults at risk and upholding statutory responsibilities.
• Making timely, informed decisions—including in urgent or emergency situations.

We’re looking for Social Workers who:

• Focus on achieving the best outcomes for residents while seeking value for money. Put residents at the heart of every decision, ensuring high-quality, compassionate service delivery.
