What You’ll Do
  • Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face‑to‑face) for Work Capability Assessments (WCA) on behalf of the DWP
  • Review medical evidence and produce clear, evidence‑based clinical reports
  • Apply your professional judgement to evaluate how health conditions affect daily living and work capability
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist
  • Minimum 1 year post‑registration experience in an adult clinical setting
  • Current NMC or HCPC registration
  • Confident communicator with strong report‑writing and IT skills
  • Experienced in managing complex health conditions and independent caseloads

What You’ll Get
  • Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)
  • Bonus: Up to 10% based on performance
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday only – no nights, weekends, or bank holidays
  • Hybrid working: Split between home and local assessment centre
