The Role

This is a varied and hands-on administration role suited to someone who enjoys supporting a busy operations team and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with company directors and admin team to manage project-related paperwork, emails, scheduling, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Monitor and respond to emails; liaise with directors to prioritise tasks and communications.
  • Conduct research and prepare concise summaries for quick review.
  • Assist with preparing documentation, reports, and warranties for projects.
  • Extract information from drawings and plans to assist with quotes and tenders.
  • Communicate with suppliers, builders, consultants, and clients as required.
  • Support travel bookings, appointments, and logistics.
  • Maintain organised digital filing systems and manage general admin alongside admin team.
  • Assist with stock and material tracking when needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of invoicing.

This role is remote / work-from-home, so you’ll need a reliable internet connection, equipment and a suitable home workspace.
