A local educational institution in Peterlee is seeking a friendly administrator to assist with school administration for 15 hours a week. The salary ranges from £25,185 to £25,989 FTE, pro-rata for the hours worked. Applications are to be sent via email to recruitment@st-bedes.org by January 5, 2026. Salary: Grade 3 SCP 4-6 £25,185 – £25,989 FTE; Pro Rata £8,835 – £9,117
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 2 days per week, 15 hours per week plus INSET days which will be paid accordingly.
Hours: Between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, days to be confirmed.
St. Bede’s Catholic School and Byron Sixth Form College is a rapidly expanding Roman Catholic school with 933 students aged 11‑18 years. The school is part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust, one of the four Trusts in the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle, covering five secondary and twenty‑five primary schools across South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham.

We are looking for a friendly administrator to join our small office team to assist with all school administration.
