A dynamic personal assistant service is seeking a new team member to provide PA support in a hybrid role. You'll manage tasks for various clients while ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will be fun, organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Experience in Administration, Marketing, or Customer Service is preferred, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role offers scheduled hours with a blend of remote work and on-site presence in Chester, providing all necessary training and support to succeed.
Location information: Hybrid: Saughall office and remote (local to Chester)
Rate of pay: £25,000 pro rata

We support small business owners and busy people with any task or project as a one-off or on an ongoing basis. We do the jobs our clients don’t have time to do, don’t want to do or don’t know how to do so that they can focus on what they love doing. We also work with clients to grow their business and reach their goals.
No two days are the same at Pink Spaghetti! Our clients have a range of needs, use an assortment of systems, have a variety of processes, and all have different goals for their business. On that basis we give full training to carry out the typical PA work and tasks that we take on. You will work for both clients and support our office function, maintaining records and monitoring inboxes.
You are the perfect PA for us if you are fun, positive, smiley, super organised and love helping others. You will have excellent attention to detail in addition to being able to work for multiple clients. The ability to look for solutions and new ways of working is key!
Ideally you have worked in either Administration, Marketing, Customer Service or Finance and have a good understanding of working with clients. The most important person in our business is our customer!
You will also have excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel and email platforms such as Outlook and Gmail. We also use software such as Canva, Constant Contact, Social Media scheduling tools and Asana. However, full training will be given.
We work Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm so your agreed hours would fit into that. Ideally you will be based at our office in Saughall three times per week with remaining hours worked remotely.
We provide you will with a work laptop, your own Pink Spaghetti email address and plenty of support to get you started.
