A leading care organization based in Maer seeks a dedicated individual to support young people aged 8-18 through adventure activities and emotional care. This role requires a Full UK Driving License and the ability to work overnight during shifts. LOCATION: Please note, you are required to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Maer, ST5
SHIFT PATTERNS:39 hours per week – 4 consecutive days with overnight shifts, followed by 8 days off
This position requires you to reside at our activities centre overnight during your four working days to provide consistent support to the children. Accommodation and meals will be provided to you throughout your stay.
With Keys Group, you will be working in an activity-based residential home specifically designed to support young people aged 8-18. These young individuals often face social, emotional & mental health challenges.
Our Activity and Intervention service offers a 12-week programme for these young people to offer a change of scenery. We offer a break from difficult circumstances, a fresh start and help them to build up their confidence by enforcing positive routines through activities.
While your primary role is that of a care worker,a strong focus on adventure and staying active is key to the role — think mountain biking, rock climbing, walking, kayaking and much more. If you love adventure and being outside, you’ll fit right in!
