Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in a car dealership is desirable.
• Must possess strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the monthly production of accounts.
• Pay invoices and maintain monthly ledgers.
• Perform daily reconciliation and banking.
• Resolve supplier queries and assist in accounting.

Skills

Previous experience in accounts/finance environment

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with daily banking and Kerridge/CDK accounting software

Self-starter able to work with little supervision
