Overview

Insurance Account Handler based in Glasgow. We are seeking an individual with experience in the Insurance industry to join our friendly team.

Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you’ll work Monday to Friday (no weekends) with a basic salary relative to experience and a generous bonus structure. You’ll benefit from the rewards of working with the UK’s largest independent Insurance Brokers. We offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements for Account Handlers where 9-5 is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio, acting as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with queries as they arise.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage in relationship-building with clients to support success.

Qualifications

• Some experience of the Insurance Industry is essential.
• Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give clients the best possible experience.
• Proactive, use of initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn and be curious; opportunities to gain qualifications to enhance your career are available.
• Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face; some experience in customer service is important.
• Ability to work well in a team with a positive, engaging, collaborative attitude and resilience to adapt to changes.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity, essential in a financially regulated organisation.
