THE ROLE

Plaster is looking for a bold, curious and creative self-starter to join our fast-moving agency team as an Account Executive / Content Creator. This is a launchpad role for someone hungry to grow in the world of B2B tech, events and attractions marketing, someone who can turn their hand to everything from snappy Canva graphics and compelling copy to getting stuck in at photo shoots and helping the team deliver top‑notch campaigns for international clients.

Sitting as part of our Tech Team, supporting cutting‑edge AV, IT and UC brands like TD SYNNEX, Maverick, LED Studio, GCC, Silicon Core and more. You’ll also flex your creative muscles across Plaster’s vibrant Events and Attractions portfolio, from iconic venues like Troxy and Clapham Grand, event caterer Boulevard and leading event suppliers.

This is an agency role like no other, fast, fun, global, and grounded in collaboration with our team and our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Supporting account teams on campaign planning, reporting, and day‑to‑day admin (yes, there’s some unsexy stuff but we promise it’s all part of the journey)
  • Creating scroll‑stopping social graphics and snappy short‑form content using Canva or Adobe
  • Writing sharp copy for blogs, socials, newsletters and campaign messaging
  • Supporting content shoots, interviews and press opportunities (and occasionally being behind the camera)
  • Helping design and deliver assets for AV product launches, exhibitions and activations
  • Liaising with designers, videographers and clients to bring campaigns to life
  • Pitching in on brainstorms, briefings and creative reviews
  • Building your confidence in client comms, reporting and campaign delivery
  • Regular travel to industry shows, press trips and client activations (passport at the ready!)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • A digital native with a passion for tech, media, content and creativity
  • A fast learner who has got to grips with AI and isn’t afraid where it’s going…
  • Confident using Canva or Adobe for social and design content
  • Strong writing skills with a good grasp of brand tone and messaging
  • Eye for detail and pride in precision, especially in campaign admin
  • Basic photography and video skills are a big plus
  • Team player with a positive attitude and bags of initiative
  • Hungry to learn, up for a challenge, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Able to drive is preferred (we do get out and about!)
