Overview

Northern is hiring an Absence Admin Support professional to help manage sickness absence across its workforce. This is a full-time, Sheffield-based role with occasional travel depending on business needs. You’ll support managers in handling absence cases fairly and consistently, ensuring smooth operations and strong team performance.
