What You Should Bring :

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

  • A good general knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Providing solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • 3+ years experience working in an MSP with experience of logging time on tickets.
  • Working knowledge of an RMM and multitenant tools.

Some Specifics Of The Role:

We believe in providing the best service for our clients. Your first weeks on the job may include some or all of the following:

  • Setting up and supporting computer networks.
  • Building new servers to customer specifications.
  • Support for PCs and servers remotely and on-site (Win7/8, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019).
  • DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Office 365.
  • Azure / Cloud Application management & setup.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, InTune, and AutoPilot.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Cambridge. Following a successful probation period, working from a suitable home location may be permitted one day per week providing all requirements of the companies policy are met.
