We’re looking for a Biddable Executive to join an ambitious Paid Social team at a forward-thinking digital agency. You’ll be working across a range of clients, helping to plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns that really make an impact.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll get involved in all stages of paid social campaigns, from setup to live optimisation and reporting. You’ll work closely with your team, contribute to client‑facing reports and post‑campaign analyses, and help ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll also have the chance to build strong relationships with client teams and learn from experienced colleagues.

What you’ll do:
  • Set up and manage paid social and programmatic campaigns accurately
  • Monitor live campaigns and make recommendations to improve results
  • Track campaign performance and highlight any issues
  • Support reporting, including weekly updates, QBRs, and post‑campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure campaigns meet overall objectives
  • Share insights and learnings with the wider team
  • Grow your skills across the full paid social landscape
