A local school in Lincoln is seeking a 1-1 Teaching Assistant to support students on their journey to success. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support. Candidates should have a passion for helping children achieve their best and embrace the school's positive ethos. The position offers a salary of £15,317 - £15,803 per annum, along with generous benefits including a pension scheme and professional development opportunities.
As a 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students on their journey to success. You’ll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, provide tailored support for individual students, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
There will be opportunities to develop within the school and make a valued contribution to our children's learning.
This is a fixed term role starting as soon as possible until 31 August 2026.
The working for 26.5 hours per week, term time only.
