As a Staff Engineer at Ankorstore, you are one of the most senior technical contributors in the company. You will drive architectural thinking at the squad level while contributing directly to key initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP Product & Tech, you act as a technical partner to leadership, an embedded expert guiding complex technical decisions, and a multiplier for the entire engineering organization, raising technical quality and promoting modern patterns.
This role requires strong ownership, broad impact, and the ability to move seamlessly from hands‑on work to architectural guidance. You will influence at the organizational level through clarity, expertise, and deep problem‑solving, helping squads build systems aligned with our long‑term modular platform strategy.
This is a full remote contract position based in Spain.
