We are a fast-growing beauty start-up, founded in 2020 and based in the heart of Berlin. Our international team of over 70 passionate people is dedicated to writing Yepoda’s story and shaping the future of beauty.

Your Tasks:

As our FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Yepoda’s financial direction. In this individual contributor role, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the company, including the COO, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams, to drive financial planning and provide relevant analysis for board-level reporting. Your key responsibilities include:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.

• Controlling & Reporting: Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate insights for decision-making.

• KPI & Board Reporting: Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports, including scenario modeling and KPI tracking, to support board-level discussions and strategic initiatives.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the business to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies, particularly with data and finance teams.

• Tool Management: Manage and optimize financial tools, including DATEV, Excel, PowerBI, and Moss, to enhance reporting and analysis efficiency.

Your Profile:

• You have 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in an international environment.

• Industry experience in e-commerce, beauty, or related sectors is a plus.

• English proficiency is required.

• You have strong skills in Excel, DATEV, PowerBI, and Moss for financial reporting and analysis.

• A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is ideal, but hands-on experience is just as important.

• You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with cross-functional stakeholders.
