Generative AI models are improving quickly, and one goal is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills.

• Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across Earth Science topics, while developing references and task examples
• Chat Moderation: Address project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially regarding project guidelines
• Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, verify alignment with project guidelines, provide constructive feedback, and edit content to improve quality

• Master’s Degree or PhD in Earth Science or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience ideally as an analyst or in a relevant field
• Advanced English (C1) or higher
• Experience in Generative AI, Prompt engineering, and/or content reviewing
• Experience in Teaching/Training/Lecturing in Earth Science or a related field is a plus
• Willingness to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks quickly, and able to work with challenging, complex guidelines
• Remote freelance role; access to a laptop, internet, time, and enthusiasm
