We are seeking an organized and strategic program manager to lead and evolve our AI Residency program—a short-term, intensive initiative where employees from various departments dedicate time to mastering AI for their roles and return as AI advocates within their teams. You will play a pivotal role in scaling this program, ensuring its success, and driving AI transformation across Ramboll.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the AI Residency Program: Oversee the planning, execution, and evolution of the AI Residency initiative, ensuring alignment with Ramboll’s AI adoption strategy.
  • Engage and Coordinate Facilitators: Identify and collaborate with relevant facilitators and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training sessions tailored to participants’ needs.
  • Track and Optimize Program Success: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance the AI Residency program, ensuring sustainable impact.
  • Build a Network of AI Advocates: Support program graduates as they return to their teams, fostering a community of AI champions across the organization and amplifying the program’s reach.

  • You bring experience in managing training programs or professional development initiatives, particularly cross-departmental or organization-wide efforts.
  • You possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, with a track record of planning and executing complex programs.
  • You excel at stakeholder management and communication, effectively collaborating with facilitators, participants, and leadership to align program goals with organizational needs.
  • You are adept at using feedback to iterate and improve programs, ensuring relevance and long-term impact.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You are empathetic and maintain composure when dealing with many stakeholders and various expectations.
  • You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally also in the local language of your office.

This includes collaborating with markets at Ramboll on their AI projects, as well as working on larger change processes within the corporation and developing proprietary AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team currently has over 300 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. We are looking to quickly expand in key areas across Europe and the globe.
