Why Join Our Pipeline

At Magnet Forensics, Sales Development Reps are the frontlines of customer experience. SDRs work with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate and qualify opportunities for Account Executives. The role offers growth into areas such as Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify all sales leads generated by marketing, based on defined lead qualification criteria.
  • Leverage prospecting strategies, including phone, email, and social networking, to connect with prospective customers, identify their needs and challenges, and qualify their interest.
  • Work closely with the sales team (Account Executives) to schedule discovery meetings with sales-ready leads/prospects.
  • Use a variety of marketing and sales tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, including prospecting tools (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot).
  • Manage new contacts via the CRM platform (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy for long-term pipeline development.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to prospects and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team across the organization.
  • Primary focus of this role is Inbound Lead Response (75%) with additional attention on Outbound Prospecting (25%).
Requirements
  • Candidate must reside in Germany or the UK.
  • Language requirements: For German-based candidates, verbal and written English and German is preferred.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is beneficial (as indicated by the CODE values described below).
  • Ability to work with a variety of tools and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
