(Junior)Creative Concept Developer (m/f/d)

As a(Junior)Creative Concept Developer, you will be part of our Commercial Operations & Strategy team that designs and provides industry leading client solutions to key global and regional brand partners. You will play a crucial role insupporting to securenew clients, drive retention and customer growth.

YOUR MISSION

• Create clear, compelling and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations together with our sales team
• Master in PowerPoint: Turning complex ideas into impactful slides that resonate with our clients and meet our strategic objectives
• Beyond design: Focus on strategically thought-out presentations that not only look good, but support our sales objectives
• Storytelling through PowerPoint: Developing presentations that optimally equip our sales and marketing teams and achieve measurable success
  
• Bring in your own esports,sportsor entertainment marketingexpertiseto build the most insightful and creative solutions for our partners
• Collaborate withour partnered Rights Holderstocome up withthe best ideas for our clients
• Ensure seamless processes and get ourpresentation of any kindacross the line in time
• Support oursales & marketing teamin creatingvaluable B2B materials
• Inspire the team with best practice,new ideasand insights from the industry and beyond

• Aminimumof1 to 2years of work experiencesor trainings, preferably within agency,mediaand/or sports industry
• Master of PowerPoint and world class in creating decks (verbally and visually)
• Proficient in condensing information, bringing it to the point, and developing clear and compelling storylines
• A great sensein designing and structuring important documents for readability
• Must be fluent in speaking and writing in German and English
• Self-motivated and thrive in a result-driven environment, capable of prioritizing list of tasks and adhering to deadlines
• Solid understanding for the gaming and esports scene, including marketing and analytics, a major plus
• Ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
