• You create, manage, and optimize cross-channel search campaigns – always with an eye on how SEA and SEO work best together to drive real results.
• You use AI where it makes a difference – like for entity extraction, automated keyword clustering, or smart reporting workflows.
• You run paid campaigns independently – from strategy and setup to continuous optimization, always aligned with your client’s business goals.
• You think in data – and turn complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations. For your team. And for your clients.
• You work closely with content, data, and development teams, bringing your perspective into interdisciplinary projects and pushing things forward.
• You communicate clearly and confidently – with clients, stakeholders, and your team. And yes, in English too.
• You have several years of experience in SEA – and you know how to connect it with SEO to get the best out of both worlds.
• You think strategically and can link search marketing activities to bigger business goals. You see the big picture – and the details that matter.
• You’re driven by data: KPIs guide your work, and your decisions are based on facts, not gut feeling.
• You’re a strong communicator – structured, confident, and clear, whether you’re talking to clients, teammates, or stakeholders.
• You’re comfortable with AI tools and use them to automate reports, optimize campaigns, and dig deeper into data.
• Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Sistrix or SEMrush? You know your way around – or you’re confident working with similar tools.

• Several years of experience in SEA and ability to connect with SEO.
• Strong data-driven mindset and KPI-based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German or other languages may be beneficial, as applicable.
