Salary Range: $19 - $25 / hour

Are you someone who takes pride in great customer service and enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced work environment? We’re looking for a dependable team player to be an ambassador for our company – ensuring every customer interaction is professional, timely, and positive while supporting day-to-day facility operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a front-line contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Partner with the Sales team to support customer needs
  • Assist with seed handling, chemical room operations, and general facility support
  • Work with the scale house on grain shipping and receiving
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all health and safety practices and participate in required training
  • Pitch in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
